Cinnamoroll

Cinnamoroll is a puppy (NOT a bunny) who floated down from the clouds one day. After being discovered by Ms. Anna, he began to work and live at her cafe-- Cafe Cinnamon, where he meets Milk, Chiffon, Cappuccino, Mocha, and Espresso. Cinnamoroll himself is a fan-favorite, winning the Sanrio popularity vote 7 total times; 5 consecutively from 2020-2024 (#CINNAMOROLLSWEEP2025).

Cinnamoroll made his debut in the manga series "Fluffy Fluffy Cinnamoroll" stating in 2005 (which happens to be the same year I was born). Since then, the puppy has appeared in a variety of shows and films, including AB Cinnamon 1 & 2, Cinnamon: The Movie, Hello Kitty & Friends - Cafe Cinnamoroll, and Hello Kitty and Friends Supercute Adventures.

My Cinnamoroll obsession began around the start of highschool/pandemic era. Being online so much during that time exposed me to more Sanrio content than I was able to see in real life, living in rural Texas. I was immediately draw to Cinnamoroll, and I'm still not sure why him specifically. I remember getting sick with covid, and being allowed to pick out a prize off of Amazon since my mom felt bad for me. I got this plushie that I call Cinna, and still have him to this day (he's currently sitting in my dorm). Don't get me wrong, I love Kerroppi and Purin and My Melody, but Cinnamoroll has a special place in my heart that no other can compare to.

Thinking about all the Cinnamoroll merch I own... I have 3 shirts, pajama pants, a backpack, an AirPods case, a phone case, two plushies, a keychain, a squishie, a tupperware set, lipbalm, a few bracelets, and more that I'm forgetting right now. Many of these things are gifts from family and friends, since pretty much everyone in my life knows how much I love Cinnamoroll. Multiple graduation and birthday cards had Cinnamoroll drawn on them, and one of my friends even gifted me a painting of him.
